CAPACITY BUILDING
For us, success is measured by what remains after a project is complete. We focus on hiring locally, mentoring staff, and strengthening community-owned businesses. Each project becomes a chance to build skills, confidence, and long-term independence.
FUNDING & GRANT SUPPORT
We work closely with Nations to turn community vision into fundable projects. That means helping identify opportunities, preparing applications, and aligning proposals with funder expectations.
